If you are consistently wiping to the Overseer you have some major problems the Matron fight is relatively straightforward if you pay attention.

As far as Archon on CB and Matron, it's nothing but not having enough people on at the same time, our short raid times, and the aforementioned lack of focus (I assume) that's failing us. We only get maybe 4 pulls a week on Matron before people start going to bed or people start losing interest or whatever the reason is, and no I don't understand it.

*Edit: Not sure if it really is focus since we've lasted 20 minutes against Chel'drak when we screwed up alot and we've done Tender as well which is similar enough. Frustrating.

Sounds like your problem is you have some people that enjoy raiding and willing to whipe to something to learn it and kill it and several casual people that really could careless and want free lootz.

95% of the raiding guilds on crushbone have that particular issue
