Make sure all healers in your raid have one of these macros set for all the high dps'r in your raid (most likely to get the trauma debuff), and losing the event becomes harder than winning it did before:

yup hence if you notice occasionally if your tank is fucking paying attention, he would see

Searing rot hits you for xxxx
Searing rot hits you for xxxx
Searing rot hits you for xxxx
Searing rot hits you for xxxx
and next time you may see

Searing rot hits you for xxxx
Searing rot hits you for xxxx

Meaning 3 people resisted it. Also as your main tank should notice or he is a moron you can joust in and out by noticing the cures landing thus searing stops hitting. and nobody cept the main tank (and if someone gets thrown forward) will ever get hit by searing. This is a very simple fight if you know what to look for.

the trauma on you wasnt an issue, it was being cured usually instantly. It was the trauma that is on our other random DPS (that i did not see, nor was told about) that cause the extra hits on you.

If you remember when we were talking before one of the attempts, and you mentioned something about how the disease wasnt realyl hitting that hard, just for 1kish. Then i mentioned yea, but its hitting you for 1kish about 4 or 5 times EACH second....thats cause of that other trauma i had no fucking idea about

I tank it always and to be honest it may have been cured sometimes but definetly not in our strat though it maybe now. We smoked him with ease now for quite awhile.
