Sometimes it seems like searing rot is giong off more often. There there something that can cause searing rot to go off? If yes, what is it?

Sure its always that and not just some spike melee damage from him. Also thing to note is he does refect and ae type stuff from the MT group will reflect on the MT. That searing rot is on a timer and shouldnt go off back to back or anything like that.

from what i've seen, TS extends searing on the parser, but it still has been hitting every 20 seconds.

It was extending reaching fine...could have been something wrong on our side though i guess.

I have never really noticed searing rot be affected by traumatic swipe. He does double attack occasionally though, which causes massive spike damage.

Greaaaat... Gotta love being given an extra ability and then making mobs immune to it... why bother giving us new ones if you are not going to let us use them. Much like giving us AE avoid and then making AEs that go right through them. Thanks SOE.

This does explain why the parser goes nuts though. Should have known better than to trust something that should have been simple was actually working like it should.

Aye it does, on this mob... I was referring to other mobs (that I can't recall off the top of my head this early in the morning) that the ae avoidance just seems to be ignored by... oh well, It was a pointless whine I will probably bug his searing rot not being affected by the traumatic swipe but I have a feeling it is "working as intended."
