trauma potions aren't in the game for looks, might as well use them. Healers can stay on the tank and keep debuffing/healing, dps clicks a button.

And at the same time isn't casting dmg spells or debuffs, and are doing a job healers are designed to do. I use my cure arcane, but that's because I was designed to use it.

Well im not sure what guild you are in, because its not listed, but ill assume you guys are better equiped and have better raid setups then us. We barely have the time to cure when searing hits, if it gets any ticks off on the MT. We roll with 6 healers and need all 6 healing the MT. If you guild is uber equiped and set up enough to allow your healers to cure, then grats.

My guild, and every guild i've talked to that has brought him down has DPS carry cure trauma potions. And to be honest, i think thats a lot easier then having you healers switch off to dps for cures. If you have the healers and time to do it then its probably easy, but if you are switching targets to cure, thats an unneeded risk IMO.

Now if you have 5 cure hotkeys that dont drop your target or use profit, thats another story.

I'll just point back to my post where I said it was the easiest method for a healer to cure :p I never said anything about trauma pots (which was actually just absentminded, because I was going to throw a trauma pots ftw at the bottom).

It is definitely easier for the dps to cure themselves with a trauma pot. It isn't realistic to believe the healer is going to be able to cure everyone in their group especially if they have 4 people in their group getting hit by it.

You don't need any trauma potions at all if you're healers are on top of things. I've never needed trauma potions to kill it.

Its not "needed" but it makes it easy. I'm sure its not all that difficult to kill him without potions, in fact im sure the "top" guilds in the game dont even blink while fighting him. But to say having your DPS carry trauma potions doesnt make it easier is ignorant

Except, you could save your healers time/power if you cured yourself. And if there's 3 people in your group that get hit with and your healer doesn't have a group cure trauma, what happens? You get screwed and some people die.

Don't get hit by it then! On average only like 3-4 people ever got hit by it.

No, it hits 6 people in raid, the highest 6 on the hate list. There is no "don't get hit by it."

It is resistable though, because I resist the shit out of it all the time. Then you just get knocked around.

Just saying :p
