The point is, just because you CAN do it without people using cure trauma potions, does not mean its the best/most effective way.

Iunno about the resistability of a trauma dot, but I know since trauma causes physical dmg...IE, crush,slash, pierce the damage is dependant on your physical mitigation.

If you're the tank, you definitely want to raise your disease mitigation. The more mit you have in that department, the more breathing room you have with cures. Also, the self regenerating wards that dirges and defilers have versus noxious help a ton, As they bring down a town of that damage per tick from searing rot.
