Because designing the entire pvp system was pretty complicated, and they needed someone to do a good job on it.

In the future, I can pretty much assure you that items like that will continue to drop outside of raids, but we're focusing on making sure there are upgrades in raids to counter them.
Alrighty then.

Maybe because for a long time SoE's thought that beefing up PVP was a key to success, so having a competent developer work on it might draw in some WoW retard subscribers.

T5 had mage items with melee procs, don't anyone start telling me the problem began with T6.

They look good. Except, why did you change a really good tanking bracelet into a dps bracelet? Bracelet of the Chime.

When changing items that are currently out in the item pool, you should probably not make a item that was good for two classes only good for one of those classes

Instead of making the braclet into a deagro proc it should have been a damage proc that would have been usfule to both tank and scout class.

Because now the tanks who have this item currently are ganna be tossin it in the ill never use this bag.

/sigh seems like they are repeating the same exact mistakes from the DT revamp.

LOOK its pretty fucking simple. If an item was good for a certain reason, you do NOT change the item away from that base reason. If this isnt corrected I retract my previoius statement and I guess this is just ANOTHER item revamp from SOE with absolutely no thought put into it at all.

What I have a great bracelet for tanking here? Lets put a deaggro on it! Try using your brains.

Bugged on my part. The effect should be adding hate, not removing it. Added to the "hotfix stuff I break on occasion" list.
