Seriously fuck this retarded shit. I am sick and fucking tired of waiting up to 11 or 12 days to get the same god damn avatars over and over, especially when they do have some unique loot wich has a much higher chance of dropping than any one particular item from the shared tables.
What the fuck kind of raid do you think we have that we need that many god damn 2handers from valor when a far better one comes from War? This needs to change.

Similar situation as with the repetitive, unneeded class armor items that drop over and over from EoF instances.
SoE may say that what spawns or drops is based on a random number generator, but the actual spawns and drops are far from random, they are repetitive.
On the Avatars, why not just make them sequential, with the next one in line spawning when it is his time to spawn, not this mystery spawn system we have now.
What we have now makes nobody happy, as far as I can tell.
And on the armor, god how hard would it be just to go back to molds, I may go postal if I ever see another berzerker helm drop in this game.

I'd like to hear a dev response as to why pretty much every guild in this game sees the zerker helm drop about 90% of the time Treyloth died. I think I've seen the coercer hat and the guardian hat twice, and every other time it was the zerker helm.
And I think we'd all be happy to have them just in sequential order, because by the looks of it Flame is spawning WAY too much. Even an idea that isn't even creative like having them on a rotation would be better.

Although I agree they should spawn faster, the avatars were designed to be dynamic in that the deity who gets more faction and items is more likely to spawn.
A lot of people have been noticing that when people finally start testing Mayong, Growth spawns, cause everyone goes after the Wolfsbane.
For those who complain about repetitive spawns, this is merely a suggestion, not a rant or a bicker or a /poke fun at. Please, just go pump faction.
Sure, it may take time, it may take money... but when you pull Flame and are Sol Ro, doesn't that take more time and money anyway than pumping some other faction? Seems kinda logical and simple to me. If you want an avatar to spawn (say Tranquility) go have all your alts do the quest.
I think the only thing you have to fight is a lvl 30 ^ mob. Other than that... 15k faction to Avatar of Tranquilty per level 60ish noob you have and another notch on the avatar belt is worth it to me... just a thought though.

While that may be the case, I think it makes more sense from a roleplaying perspective that all the gods are going to want their presence known and their avatars would appear to their followers regardless of what the other deities are doing. Just like in the war right before the gods removed their influence, each army was supported by their deities' avatar.
I think its unreasonable for us to have to make the other avatars spawn just so we can kill them, makes the whole deity system pointless because the only point for selecting a deity would be to kill its avatar and so you have a bunch of people suddenly switching allegiences all the time, which, to me, is counter-intuitive to how things would go in the roleplaying environment, which is what this game is. It just makes more sense that each deity operates independent of the others because each has its own agenda, which is shown in the Lore SoE wrote when introducing the gods.

I highly doubt 12 people (say half are good and half are evil) in a guild can influence the avatar system when thousands of people play on a given server.
Given each avatar has a unique piece of loot, the system should be random. Before the unique loot tables were put on the avatars it didn't really matter which avatar you got because they dropped the same stuff. Now that the loot tables have been changed, this system is completely flawed. It makes no sense at all from a developer standpoint and a player standpoint to see 2 avatars continously spawn. The players don't want the same piece of unique loot and the developers are essentially wasting the other 6 encounters they designed.
People have been complaining about lack of contested for 3 full expansions and the encounters are already designed and in the game. All that needs to be done is to adjust the implementation to an idea like Renaven's.
