I'm actually not flaming Radar. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of his perspective. What I don't understand is that if it's a portion of the game that doesn't affect you, why try to affect the game for those whom it does.

That would be like a non-crafter arguing that tradeskills are fine when they are not.

If your a raider and you vote the way Radar does, then I'm interested in hearing that opinion as well.

I just don't understand why adding content would ever be bad.

Here's my point of view.
If you want to be a soloing player, you can pretty much grab up some quests, run to almost any overland zone, and solo. However, no one tells a soloer to STFU or quit bitching if they were to ask for more content. I also happen to recall the great overland heroic to solo overhaul of days past.
A player who likes grouping has alot of stuff without timers that they can do. They can log in any day they like, and they can /lfg and get a group rolling. The population might be low, getting a PUG might be hard, but once you have one, you can go anywhere. Everyday there's stuff to do.
Tradeskillers who like to log in, /lfw, and craft can do that. There are alot of things that probably need fixed or worked with, but tradeskilling can be done every day.
Raiding now, is extremely limited. You have 3.25 instances. CWM, FTH, MMIS, EH. Inside of that, you have PHH, Contested Mayong, and each Avatar. We've had this thread go on already too. Serious raid guilds are done in 3 days. Sometimes 4. That's even throwing in old hat KoS. Where the loot is primarily transmute crap, or the very rare upgrade (read : BotD)
So we get
Solo - 24/7
Group - 24/7
Tradeskill - 24/7
Raid - 5-8/3-4

Seems a LITTLE off center to me. That's the arguement. There's actually no way to even counter that. But this is the reason that Avatars should be on individual spawn timers randomed between 10-14 days. Or even 15-21 days. I think everyone would live with that as well.

if eq2flames has taught me one thing since i became a member, its that RadarX is a fucking moron and just posts nonsense in threads to get attention. Why don't you shut the fuck up and go bother someone who actually cares what you have to say, if you can find one that is.

Every raider. EVERY SINGLE ONE, wants more end game content. There is no possible way that more end game content will hurt. And as far as I can tell, you still have not provided any intelligent reasoning as to why having the avatars be up more often is a bad thing besides some garbeled post about working as intended and something about how they are supposed to be rare. How long have you fucking played this game? How many things in that time frame were claimed to be working as intended and then later fixed. If you think that one guild should be able to clear every raid instance in 3 days and also totally dominate the contesteds because there is so few you have absouletly no fucking clue how an MMORPG should work.

If you would apply the same thought to heroic content, you'd be finished with all your instances in 2 days, and you wouldn't be able to kill any contested names cause a guild or two would have everything timed. And you'd be stuck sitting there for days with your thumb up your ass looking as stupid as you do on these forums.

All of your arguments always = I smoke brown things coming out of SoE's ass and write shitty not funny articles, bow to me because SoE likes me. If anything it makes you more of an ass.



Also, just for the record, I do not dislike SoE, because if I did I would not be playing this game. I am just sad/sour that they are running it into the ground.
