Can you give some hints how to defeat Ione? Last time we were there our tactic was one group DPSing Ione and the other killing adds or trying killing adds as fast as possible with 2 groups and the help of Kurn. First priority was the solo orange ^^^ mob (forgot name). But eventuelly we were overwhelmed by the adds and wiped. Is there a way to slow down or stop the add spawn? Or were we doing everything right and just lacking DPS?

tbh I do not pay much attention either than healing and auto-fail mechanics, if I remember correctly though it is essentially just a DPS'ing the adds asap (yeah I know doesn't say much either than get better equipment if you are failing, so there might of been something else as well)

Drops the actual piece of gear not a pattern.But yes from WoE and it's smartloot.

No, it drops a pattern. You prolly got confused by Sir Rouland because he drops the forearms and the forearms have always just dropped outside of needing a pattern.(Because the t1 and t2 shard gear doesn't have a forearms slot.)
