I don't know why you'd replace the Everfrost song, the song conveys a silent winter chill very very well. Or Zek/Obelisk, it's a majestic but extremely mysterious tune. Enchanted Lands, it's a peaceful tune that has this weird element to it that says not everything is right with the area. And Nektulos, also creepy. I don't understand you.

I replaced the Everfrost song with a similar tune that's more epic to me!

Zek/Obelisk was replaced because although done well, it's too damn short. I replaced it with a remix of the Halo theme.

Nektulos, actually, I might switch back to the default music. It's dramatic.

Enchanted Lands because after leveling there a lot with my Illusionist I got bored of it so I replaced it with the "Concerning Hobbits" theme from one of The Lord of the Rings soundtracks.

You should download an SPC plugin (native SNES bgm) for WinAmp so you can hear the original tunes exactly as they were. If you play around with the output, you can even convert them to MP3's.

The native SNES sound files are .SPC extension, you can find them usually zipped. Those are what the WinAmp input plugin plays (I use SNESAmp). I listen to Chrono Trigger all the time. The midi files are cool to have too though if you want to go all Minibosses 'n' shit and learn the tunes on a real instrument.

Now, one time I went into a church and heard someone playing the Zanarkand theme from FFX on a piano. Holy fucking shit that was cool, gave me the chills and it turned out the kid was only 12. He said he memorized the song from sheet music he downloaded here.
