given that the last expansion was made alot more toward getting new interest in the game with alot of new content 1-70 this expansion is being speculated and rumored to be more geared to end game people, eof isnt bad for endgame but certainly not the best, and its our turn anyway right?

It would totally own if the new starting city was on the old world. That would, in general, imply that the next expansion is an upper level expansion, which in the case of anyone who has raided EoF knows, is hopefully what we've been waiting for since before DoF came out a long time ago....
