    Yeah, fuck the boot. I think the *idea* of requiring HOs in raid encounters is crazy awesome, but they need to fix the core HO system first. Since it hasn't been looked at for what -- the past 3 years?

    Anybody know if going from the T8 master to T9 master would increase the kick/boots abysmal hit rate? I've noticed tiers making a difference on spell resists, but I have no clue whether its the same for CAs.
