This.
There is no right answer to your question. Group set up for WoE will vary greatly on gear/skill of the participants.
IMO ideal would be:
Group 1
Sk
Templar
Mystic
Dirge
Swashbuckler
Coercer
Group 2
Illusionist
Troub
Brigand
Wizard
Warlock
Inq or Fury
But that setup of course relies heavily on the tank and healers. If your tank is squishy or your healers suck then don't expect to make it past the first 3 nameds. When running it with guildie groups we almost always only use 3 healers, but you can find pugs that can't do it with 4 healers. I was even in a pug once that had 5, yes 5 healers on a WoE raid and could not keep up a tank that had cleared the zone several times before.
So we could better answer your question if we knew what the ppl you have are capable of, what kind of gear you have.
People trying to learn WoE and haven't really raided before ever I would suggest...
Group 1
Plate Tank -Guard, Zerker, or SK
Templar
Defiler
Coercer
Dirge
Swashbuckler preferably, but can also substitute assasin
Group 2
Illusionist
Troub
2nd fighter for off tanking
Warden
2nd healer (cleric or shaman)
DPS (Wizard, warlock, or Brigand pref)
Main thing is you want 2 chanters and 2 bards, any group without one of each is fail.
