I meant ONLY a treasured chest that I saw. There are quite a few of the single up arrow nameds in the old world T1/T2 zones that drop legendary and even fabled. I am screwing around on a Iksar necro alt at the minute and couldn't tell you how many masters and legendary shit I have looted from very easy named in the lower zones. The Hangman dude in the graveyard for example seems to have about the same chance of dropping treasured/legendary/fabled which just is screwy.

This entire new zone was taken directly out of WoW. Doesnt matter too much because its just one zone, but I would be kind of pissed off if the new high level stuff was the same way with RoK.

I've played WoW. I had one main and 16 alts at some point and not once did I think this place resembled a newbie area for WoW at all.
