Heh...probably means you can't spend 3 hours putting your raid together at a contested anymore.

Who said anything about them being better? All I said and that I saw Slamdar say was that means you dont have a monopoly, by definition of the word monopoly. Ive never even heard of Beyond Death's Door until just now so they probably suck, who knows.

EDIT - But let me add, everytime there was a guild getting close to being able to compete with us, we buried them and they either gave up trying to be a real guild or left the server.

I was just stating that you guys do not have a "monopoly" that one of your members claim to have on the server.

I said looks to me that atm they are better. b/c they both came to a mob that neither had killed and one succeeded over the other.

But in response to other guilds pulling...first off why give them a chance, the trick is dont die then they wont get the chance, keep them in the dark so long that they cant get tests or even a rythme of the encounter down. everytime you wipe you arent only hurting yourself you are helping them.

the whole idea behind contested mobs isnt who can kill them, its who does kill them.

Then why do you have 4? It only makes sense if you have 2 100% reliable warlocks there is no need for 2 more. They just take up gear and space from the people that are always there.

The fact that you`ve got 100+ cheerleaders, lags and the chance that a single mistake can ruin your whole progression gets me totaly thrilled.
Furthermore the limited amount of orbs you carry is an additional penalty if you wipe.

If you suck on this encounter, don`t keep trying until you have enough orbs to afford it.

But valor is killable with less than 3 groups. At least some of the others require some semblance of a raid. Shit, war is a better choice for the reasons you listed.
