Re: New Raid Zone (Tunarian Throne Room)
You know, it is apparent that they are at least making an attempt to put together a raid zone with some interesting scripting. I think some folks are running into actual bugs, but most probably just haven't figured out the script yet. The names of the Harbinger adds will tell you about how killing them affects the named. I'll give the desinger some props for attempting an interesting script and zone. It is missing some things though.
It was a little disappointing to see Blood Collosus 2.0 mobs, a harmless Queen, gimp X2 speedbump mobs, and an extremely castrated Mayong, among others.
- Mobs that do nothing more than have a ton of hp is boring and way overused. Give these mobs some fucking teeth instead of eleventy billion hp.
- The queen shouldn't be completely stripped of all her abilities once her weaknesses are taken care of. She needs to retain something to keep her mildly interesting, given she has gimp hp.
- Those X2 mobs need an ability or attack that makes them remotely dangerous in exchange for having zero hp's.
- Mayong is a complete pushover and needs something.
- When the most challenging encounter in the zone is the guardsmen/priestess trash, you missed the mark. These encounters are the highlight of the zone currently IMO.
- Also, as previously stated by Snark, trash dropping the best stuff is bleh.
