But *shrug*, I still see this zone dropping loot that is superior to 3rd floor EH, and is still the same difficulty.

I think we agree on the definition of both playable and beatable.
It's "beatable" when the zone doesn't crash and put the guild at the char select screen with 12 hour lockouts and it's beatable when the scripts don't bug with unattackable mobs preventing progression.
It's not "playable" when those things do happen.
I'm only griping about the playability of the zone, not the beatability.
