That is nice and dandy but if you get the pacify right after that you are still fucked. Its just a lame ass way to do things. 10 sec pacify ok but 30 secs where it even gets refreshed before running out is just lame.

actually no that's what i do when i get pacified. If a guard does that and then uses plant as well you can keep agro through pacify easy just have em knock out the priestess's first.

With your 60k raid dps the encounter should be dead in 10 secs !!

EDIT - the answer is, nobody cares, too little, too late.
SOE rushes another update/zone out again and then forces its player base to tune the encounter to what it should be. ~SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE ~ Needed 2 more weeks of testing but to appease the masses must release on schedule i guess .This was a bad case of a long pattern soe has had of doing this. All content is rushed and not properly tested/tuned. Barely enough time to look for bugs, broken script, exploits, and try to break it any way we could in the 4 trips( 2 on mayong) we took through there why it was on pvp test. We were forced to wait on patches and last trip was the night before the LU. The harbinger being unattackable bug was what delayed it 2 days and still it exist to some extent today sadly. They, however, took none of are suggestions to make mayong harder since even with charm putting us into pvp combat he was a easiest version yet once you found a pull spot. If RoK beta doesn't open soon I predict lots more of this to come.

P.S. Charming mobs + PVP rule set is Teh SUCK. Fix that shit. Dealing with pvp values/poweruse is one thing ,but recast times on cures is fucking ridiculous with latest target cure fix to AE's.

i can agree with that change with cures really fucked up some encounters for people on pvp.

I hate this zone guys !
First of all let me say :" the idea is very cool & the zone looks great!"

and here comes the point:
First of all you got those big orange statues with heavy HP and some sort of buff wich stuns/stiffels you if you do dmg to them -> wtf ??? it takes hours to clean this trash and pisses every one off. the only challenge in this zone is to have the guts & time to simply kill trash over and over again. this is not funny and so it's a horrible game/zone design .

Second, if trash mobs drop hardcore loot like mayong himself, what's the point ? kill kindergarden monsters and get ub0r loot ? aye, well done devs !

Third, 4 nameds and 2 of them drop master chest and one of them, the harbringer, is kindergarden ? of course his scripted is bugged when you don't kill him clean & tight, so no dev could say "we have tested this guy!". And mayong himself, wtf ? why put annother mayong in a new zone instead of some sort of really new monster ? And this questions i hear about how to pull it - it's so simple. fight him somehere near those vampires wich guard him. go in kill some vampires so that you have a little space to tank him, check out the location get yourself ready for the kickback, and that's it !

i know it's stupid because mayong himself is very simple and the only challenge is NOT to get kicked in those vampires & statues.

my final conclusion is:
this zone is boring ! and of course they will fix or tweak it, over and over again. because there isn't a zone in this game wich was released and got no fixes/tweaks some time later. it's the same sh** as every time -> release somethin' and fix or tweak until it comes some sort of entertaining playable.

it's not bugged, it's a sony !
