harbinger did the same to us, GMs refused to do anything. yet apparently some GMs reset the encounter for others... love consistancy in customer support.

not only do you have to say your character is stuck to get a responce in under 10 hours, but you often get shafted anyway while others strike it lucky and get one of the few decent CSRs out there.

wonder how many guilds zoned in, got not loot, had the script bugged. sat around inside for X hours while they waited for a GM, to eventually zone out (without any loot) X^2 hours later due to pushing your luck with a GM in the hope that they will do what you know for a fact other GMs have done for others...

Yeah i will join you on the sitting there waiting for a gm. then hours and hours later get a gm to show up in zone go hmmmmm something not right then say let me get right back to you then. not come back. but when another guild member leaves a petition they say hey we talked to your other guy and your shit out of luck cause we are not sure if its bugged or working as intended. HOW THE FUCK DO THEY NOT KNOW?
one minute the queen wants to have my penis for lunch the next she sitting back up on her throne saying hey what up sexy frog come back in 5 days.
