Are pets included in the heal? Nobody's dying when we kill him, but he's still healing.

I always thought blanket just included a heal - no need for anything to die.

To be honest I spend too much time looking at the raid window and group window to notice what the blanket actually does, just noticed a few times he healed when n00bs died

Maybe you should learn the encounter. If you hadn't noticed there are 3 types of adds, 1 set stuns, 1 set uses dark visage and 1 set charms, its that simple.

We just did this 2 days ago, and everyone in the raid is like "Wow, did they ninja gimp him?" IDK about you, but he seemed cake, even moreso than before.. Blanket didn't hit for shit, and neither did anything in that fight for that matter.

I assumed they gimped him so more ppl can get the fabled SoD rewards......./shrug

Of course they dumbed Mayong down, how else could the casual's get their SoD rewards... It's the exact same shit as they did with Tarinax. Take what used to be a tough mob, and make him 2 groupable. Now the toughest encounter in MMIS are the cortesan's.

Did you guys really expect him to stay at the difficulty level he was? With SoD finally implemented they HAD to gimp the encounter down so all the shitty guilds can get their SoD weapons... Same As Tarinax, same as Darathar.....

Blanket heals 2% for everybody within 10m. Consume Soul heals 2% for every kill shot. Touch has always included a damage/power drain portion, hence why others have said it is the only way a parser could easily pick it up.

I heard that MMIS Mayong doesn't give SOD rewards anymore, and that those that got it that way had them taken away. It was mentioned in passing as part of a discussion about other things, and I never questioned more fully about it, but is this true? Anyone else heard this?
