(from E3) so as of RoK, you can save your progress inside a zone eh?
for those of you who saw the ten ton hammer vid you probably are wondering by now what this is gonna mean for end game raiding. just thought i would see what some others thought about it and all. personally i like the idea, espescially with the say that even raid zones are gonna be fucking huge come RoK. as far as heroic content goes though, chances are you are gonna see a lot of people trying too solo every instance in zone now LOL

It means, hopefully, we will see longer and harder raid zones because it is no longer 1 day to complete them without fear of servers to go down or the zone to crash.

I've read that this system is in place in woW already.
I've always thought this was a great idea. Id love to see a 3 day raid zone... to complete.

They absolutely have to be longer AND harder otherwise this game went beyond the realm of being a big joke into something I cant even think of a title to give it.
Seriously I am surprised they think they can tackle this kind of a zone considering they just tried to put in the new "hardest instance in game" and it took all of the FIRST NIGHT IT WAS LIVE for guilds to clear it and for those guilds that werent quite up to that, they just held the instance one night and then cleared it.
Based on their track record every zone will be broken to shit or cleared pretty quickly if not the first time in, so they better actually learn what progression is if they plan on implementing this.

why would you add this feature for just one zone? there must be other zones like EH in ROK
