Mayong is a contested but I don't think he'll be the bossmob of the expansion. It would be a repeat of KoS with Harla being contested and I think they've learned their lesson.

Okay, I got the press Beta tour, so all this is public info. Mayong was a PH, his final look wasn't done (thank goodness).

Now, bearing in mind that we did not get to see the entire expansion, if I had to guess from the stuff I saw I'd guess Wuoshi was the expansion boss. The Bloom of Growth, which apparently figures heavily in the lore of post-shattering Faydwer, is also in that instance. The whole instance looked TOUGH, we were unable to wander far and we were all PL'd to 70 for the tour.

On the other hand, the odds are good that they didn't show us the boss.
