Racial Starting Points/Citys

I'm curious if there will ever be or if anyone likes the idea of this. I'm kind of talking about how Faes and Arasi are, but like will Dark Elfs ever move back to Neriak(I know they can start here already) or Iksars take over Cabalis again. I guess now that I think about it has already started.
But I think it would be cool to make races do quests and raids to help rebuild a city or something. Like an all iksar raid to reclaim Cabalis or something. But then again the races that wouldn't have something to take back would be left out, but I'm sure they could find a way to do this.
What I'm mainly trying to say is I wish races were more diverse I guess.

I do think those ideas are really cool, rebuilding the cities and whatnot... but I don't think it really feasible. The amount of work it would take. It would take an enormous amount of work. I imagine the workload would be much like an expansion in nature.
Speaking of... I think that would be neat though - an expansion about reviving cultures and so on and so forth. The Dark Elves, though, can start in Neriak... so I guess it's reasonable to say that the character could have 'moved back' but I don't imagine a mass movement happening... I think it would make EQ2 TOO much like EQlive and thus destroy much of the original concept... I mean, heck, this is a world after quite a devastation, no?
Anyway, I'm rambling, sorry. LOL... So sleepy.

I do think the idea of reclaiming cities is neat though.
